Bill Keightley, the UK basketball equipment manager for the last 48 years, died Monday at the age of 81. His memorial service was held tonight in Rupp Arena.
I really wanted to stop down my aperture and get the flag-draped casket sharper, but the light wouldn’t let me.

All in all I shot a lot of tight faces and backs of heads and pictures of a casket, but that’s really all you can do when you’re stuck in the media pit.

I think I like the tighter shot on the casket better. It’s a lot cleaner.
